Vangelis Stefanis Tutorials: The strongest team of Fthiotida is proud of the "Fairy" of Physics who won the bronze in the Balkan Olympiad (PHOTO-VIDEO)

Warm congratulations from Vangelis Stefanis Tutoring to their student Anastasia Neraida, from the 3rd grade of Lyceum Stylidas, who stood out for her performance in Physics by conquering the bronze medal in the Balkan Olympiad.

21 scholarships to students of all three classes of the Lyceum, announced the director of Vangelis Stefanis Tutors at the event in her honor.

 

Anastasia distinguished herself in the Panhellenic competition of the Union of Greek Physicists and represented our country together with 3 other students in the Physics Balkaniad held (remotely) in Craiova and in which 48 students from 12 Balkan countries participated.

Wanting to honor their student Anastasia Neraida, the Vangelis Stefanis Schools organized a press conference on Monday, November 2 at the school's auditorium in Lamia, because as Mr. Vangelis Stefanis pointed out "today in an age where the small become big and the trivial is presented as elaborate, we need the projection of news that makes us proud as teachers, happy as parents and excited as educators.”

"Fthiotida is boasting a very big success that moves on a global level" notes Mr. Stefanis. "In particular, our student Anastasia Neraida of the third grade of Lyceum Stylidos (this year) won the bronze medal in the 2nd Balkan Physics Olympiad, Anastasia distinguished herself in the pan-Hellenic competition of the Union of Greek Physicists and represented our country together with three other students in the "Balkaniad Physics" held remotely (due to the coronavirus) in Craiova.

I will borrow the words of a great teacher, Doctor of Teaching Physics, a great educator of Kostas Vourlias, who leads the European and Balkan Union of Physicists: "In the midst of the blackness, the gloom and the misery that has covered our country and our lives, today a fairy from Stylida came to offer us a note of joy and optimism".

It's about the most important event of the year in educational action, in the educational events of Fthiotida because in the person of Anastasia we are proud of the children who struggle, the children who try, the children who know values and ideals such as respect, such as hard work, such as faith, the program, discipline.

Today's grand success is dedicated to these children who learned to move forward with their heads held high.

Anastasia is a child whose main characteristics are modesty, innate kindness and morals.

In her person we can say that a healthy model of the Greek youth, the youth of the Greek province, the youth who wants and can be at the top, the youth who continues a tradition of intellectual vanguardism and scientific conquests, is reflected.

In the person of Anastasia we see a messenger of optimism and joy, effort and struggle, with responsibility and moderation, with knowledge and prudence.

The Greece of excellence, the Greece of values and ideals, the Greece that refuses easy solutions is here, among us, next to us. It's the kids next door, it's the teenagers who deserve justice. We still believe in these teenagers. Let's believe in tomorrow's scientists who, with a clear eye and above all with a pure soul, can give the spiritual life of the country the depth it needs, so that it can be at the top of spiritual developments.

I want to thank the hundreds of families, and certainly the family of Kostas and Krystallia Neraida, for the trust they show in our school.

It is not the first time that, with God's help, our students make us proud, make us feel special, because with their Panhellenic successes they make Fthiotida a point of reference in educational matters throughout Greece.

We thank them. 

We have lived this dream many times and we fight with the same passion, with the same strength, with the same faith. The students of Fthiotida deserve it, the Greek teenagers deserve it, the need of society and the country demands it.

The popular institution of tutoring schools has given great success in the country.

The tutoring centers that are members of the Federation of Educational Caregivers of Greece can guarantee the effectiveness of the children's preparation both on an intellectual and a psychological level.

For us, here at Vangelis Stefanis Tutoring, it is clear that we want to do the work assigned to us by the parents who fight and with blood and sweat to support their children. 

The strongest team of Fthiotida feels particularly happy and excited about this new milestone in the 28-year history of the School. We will be worthy of the trust that families show and the blessing that God bestows on us.

The strongest team in Fthiotida is adorned by very tall professors. Among them is Kostas Bolovinis, the Physicist who is responsible for Anastasia's preparation and training.

We thank him very much. Together with all the teachers we try to give value to the value of our students.

Honoring this historic moment for Greece, for Fthiotida but also for our school..., we announce 21 scholarships which will be distributed to all the scientific groups and directions of the three classes of the Lyceum.

We enable all students to have a comprehensive educational offer at their disposal and we reward excellence by demonstrating our social corporate responsibility. The terms of the scholarships will be known in the year 2021.

Finally, I think I will say the obvious: that it is now the duty of the state in its various official manifestations, to highlight and honor these efforts so that the Greece of excellence, the Greece of progress, the Greece that is at the top of the spirit feels that it has the institutions by its side.
